Excellent hotel with its indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and wonderful staff. On my first stay, they gave me helpful travel tips, which I still remember. I'm definitely coming back for a Christmas stay!

Thank you for a very nice stay. The staff is affable here, the services are outstanding, and location is stunning very close to the city attractions, Bucharest-Hilton, Marriott, Radisson and an Italian restaurant called Trattoria.

missingWrote a review on 03 Augsmall pool
The sauna, which drew me here, was out of service , which left me feeling a bit cheated. The restaurant served frozen products instead of fresh meals, and that didn't sit right for a hotel aiming for five-star standards. I found the pool is rather small, which didn't provide the relaxation experience I hoped for. Plus, I ran into issues with housekeeping, as my room wasn't cleaned properly on some days, not ideal for longer stays.

Unexpected service with a twist
The front desk staff were attentive, offering a complimentary room upgrade. I loved the panoramic views from our suite, it made mornings magical.
Check-in took longer than expected, and while I appreciated the upgrade, the check-in experience felt chaotic, impacting the first impression of our stay.

amazing views but needs better amenities
The upgrade to a 16th floor room offered fine city views. The swimming pool and both the European and Asian restaurants met my high expectations.
The amenities could use some improvement compared to similar hotels.
